The Inn at Lambertville Station Names Mary Vale Conference Director

Philadelphia (November 2, 2006) - Mary Vale has been named Conference Director at The Inn at Lambertville Station, co-owner Dan Whitaker announced.  For large conventions up to 150 people, to small seminars for five, Vale will be responsible for planning and implementing corporate functions at the Inn's Riverside Conference Center on the Delaware River waterfront in historic Lambertville, New Jersey.

A conference industry veteran, Vale most recently worked as Conference Coordinator at both the Hilton Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel properties, Clinton, N.J.  She has 15 years experience in hospitality, and got her start managing a family-owned hotel property in Irvington, N.J.

"We are delighted to welcome Mary Vale to the Inn at Lambertville Station," Whitaker said.  "She has excellent industry experience and is familiar with Lambertville and the attractions in the region.  Working with our conference specialists at the Inn, she will offer top-notch service to our corporate clients and their guests," he said.

Ms. Vale lives in Readington, N.J.  A longtime resident of the area, Vale brings with her a keen knowledge of historic downtown Lambertville and nearby New Hope, Pennsylvania.

Overlooking the Delaware/Raritan Canal, the Inn at Lambertville Station boasts 45 antique-filled rooms, featuring décor of the great cities of the world.  The Inn's fine accommodations are complemented by fine dining at the Lambertville Station Restaurant, a restored 19th-century train station adjacent to the Inn, on the Lambertville waterfront.  Chef Amy Lettiere serves up a rich tradition of classic American cuisine in the restaurant's five unique dining environments, and creates exciting custom menus for conferences.

The Riverside Conference Center, Inn at Lambertville Station and Lambertville Station Restaurant are within walking distance of a wealth of antique shops and art galleries, in the "Antique Capital of New Jersey."
