In an effort to make your stay with us safe, enjoyable and worry-free, we have updated our Reservation policies and have implemented new cleaning/safety protocols committed to ensure the safety of our guests. Please read through the information below.
 
Station Safe Track- Our Sanitation Commitment in Partnership with Ecolabs
 
The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn has partnered with Ecolabs to ensure we are providing the highest standards of sanitation as possible As we continue to rely on their expert protocols along with those from the CDC, local and state officials and the American Hotel and Restaurant Association (AHRA), we want our guests and employees to know that the environment at The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is as safe as possible. Please note that procedures may be subject to change as guidelines continue to be added or altered.

In an effort to make your stay with us safe, enjoyable and worry-free, we have updated our Reservation policies and have implemented new cleaning/safety protocols committed to ensure the safety of our guests. Please read through the information below.
 
Our Clean Space Commitment
 
As we continue to rely on expert protocols from the CDC, local and state officials and the American Hotel and Restaurant Association (AHRA), we want our guests and employees to know that the environment at The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is as safe as possible. Please note that procedures may be subject to change as guidelines continue to be added or altered.
 
Public Spaces
  • Social Distancing Signage will be located throughout the building to remind guests and staff to remain vigilant in maintaining social distances.
  • Face masks will be required to be worn by all employees and guests while in public, high traffic areas.
  • Plexiglass partitions have been installed to protect both employees and guests.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are located at every entrance/exit of both the restaurant and hotel, also at each elevator bay, the front desk, public restrooms and other strategic areas throughout the buildings.
  • Housekeeping staff will disinfect with higher frequency all public spaces and high-traffic areas.
 
Staff Procedures:
  • Frequent hand washing and maintaining social distancing will be mandatory in accordance with the CDC guidelines.
  • Masks will be worn at all times in public areas.
  • Staff members will have their temperatures taken prior to entering building and before each shift.
  • Management, servers, bartenders, food handlers are certifying in the Serv Safe Food Handlers Course.
  • Management has enrolled in courses and webinars offered by the Hunterdon County Health Department, NJ Restaurant and Hospitality Association and ECOLAB
 
RESTAURANT
 
Reservations Policies:
  • We are accepting reservations for outdoor dining, weather permitting as well as curb side pickup daily.
  • Our Open Table reservation system allows us to add you to a wait list and text you when your table is ready to better manage guest flow and adhere to social distancing.
  • Currently we are not offering our Sunday Buffet Brunch Buffet located in the Riverside Ballroom.
 
Dining Rooms:
  • The restaurant will be seating at 50% capacity outdoors to promote social distancing. In the weeks to follow we will comply with executive orders when indoor seating will be permitted and at what capacity.
  • Our bartenders will be permitted to serve at the high- top tables until restrictions are lifted.
  • Menus will be disposable.
  • Place mats have been removed and silverware will be sanitized and rolled inside clean linen.
  • Condiments will be served upon request in a ramekin from the kitchen as opposed to a community bottle.
  • We are currently not permitting pets at our outdoor dining area due to the COVID-19 precautions being implemented at this time.
 
HOTEL
 
Reservations Policies:
  • The hotel is now accepting reservations through our website or by calling 609 397 4400 ext.2
  • Our cancellation policy remains the same; we require a minimum of 48 hours prior to your arrival date for cancellation of a reservation.
 
Guest Rooms:
  • We have elevated cleaning protocols to include the thorough cleaning/disinfecting of all high-touch points and surfaces.
  • Our cleaning supplies are CDC compliant and are effective at killing the virus.
  • TV remotes will be wrapped in plastic wrap so that they can be sanitized after each stay.
  • New housekeeping and guest service procedures will be implemented to ensure limited contact between guests and staff.
  • Guest room keys and all other check-in materials will be sanitized prior to check in.
