In his new book "Seeing the Sourlands" Jim Amon explores the Flora, Fauna and Wildlife that reside within the Sourlands, a 90 square mile section of forest which is within the counties of Hunterdon, Mercer and Somerset. The Sourlands is New Jersey's largest contiguous forest. The preservation of this forest within New Jersey, the most densely populated state is challenging. Highlighting the Sourlands unique attributes as home to a rich biodiversity is important now more than ever.
